                    Due to severe problems with hatchcovers and steeringsystem the shipowner refused the handover of the ship - and it was laid up.

                    After agreement the ship was repaired to the buyer’s specs.

17.04.1996: Taken over by New Combo Ships (Pte) Ltd (Bergesen dy ASA, Oslo), Singapore

18.05.2001: Sold to Probo Elk Shipping Inc. (Torvald Klaveness & Co. A/S, Oslo), Majuro, Marshall Islands. Renamed PROBO ELK.
